Large, light-filled bedroom with big windows. Accommodating staff. Fruit and drink greeting on arrival. Fantastic, quiet room with private balcony. Comfortable bed and compact bathroom with great shower. Good breakfast with lots of options. Convenient location near metro and Carrefour.

The hotel is conveniently located near Gregorio Maranon station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. The Nuevos Ministerios metro stop is also nearby, providing convenient access to various attractions. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Some guests mentioned that the walls are thin, resulting in noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

A pleasant surprise to be welcomed with fruit and cold drinks at check-in. Wonderful, quiet room on the 7th floor with a private balcony. Comfortable bed and great shower. Good breakfast selection. Convenient location near the metro and local supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The standart rooms were spacious and had all the necessary facilities. They were in a separate building, ensuring privacy and peace. The hotel's location was superb - very close to the local subway station and just a short distance from the city center. This made it convenient for exploring this vibrant city. the staff were really good, especially Mayte were really good to ensure our satisfaction. She personally inspected our room and offered additional help if needed. We extend our heartfelt thanks to her.

Comfortable and clean hotel with good service. Convenient location near IE Business School and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was attentive.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate and the optional breakfast charge was expensive. The single room I booked had a poor view and the window had to remain closed for security reasons.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the car hire and laundry services, as well as the room amenities like the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproofed for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant was delicious.

We were very impressed with this venue and would definitely stay here again. From the attentive staff to the excellent room service and facilities like the fitness centre, coffee/tea in lobby, and restaurant, everything was top-notch.

The location, cleanliness, and convenience of this hotel surpassed my expectations. The proximity to the metro made getting around the city easy, and I even had the option to walk to the center within 30 minutes. The room was impeccably clean and the internet was stable throughout my stay. The shower had a nice design and the breakfast buffet was great. The customer service from the reception staff was excellent, and the amenities provided by NH Hotels were a bonus.
